Disc Golf

Need a little more structure to your play, and a little more fun competition in your walks?

Try disc golf - a sport that involves throwing a small disc at a target on a course with rules similar to golf. One single round of disc golf burns approximately 400 to 500 calories and consists of walking around 6000 to 7000 steps or about 3 total miles. Lynchburg is lucky to have several local course options!
