II. Event Sponsor Opportunities

A. Presenting Sponsor: $2,000
(1 per event – March, May, October)
  • Company logo listed in Chamber promotion of the event, to include:
    • Chamber website & newsletter
    • Direct mail in Member Value Promotions packet
    • Chamber Happenings E-blasts
    • Social media postings
    • Radio, TV, newspaper and magazine advertising
  • Company name and/or logo featured in all collateral materials developed by the Chamber for the event
  • Two “corporate tables” of eight (admission for 16) in premier location
  • Sponsor recognition at event and opportunity for CEO/other company representative to deliver brief remarks during program and distribute marketing and promotion materials
  • Company banner placement at the event (company to provide banner)
  • List of event attendees’ contact information in Excel spreadsheet, for company marketing use
B. Signature Sponsorship: $1,000 (Event specific or overall work healthy events)
  • Company logo/name listed in Chamber promotion of the event, to include:
    • Chamber website & newsletter
    • Direct mail in Member Value Promotions packet
    • Chamber Happenings E-blasts
    • Social media postings
    • Radio, TV, newspaper and magazine advertising
  • Company logo featured in all collateral materials developed by the Chamber for the event including event signage and pre-event signage

  • Admission for eight to event
  • Company banner placement at the event (company to provide banner)
