Our partners at Prototype have delivered a slick new online tool—The Challenge—for practically effortless entry and tracking of daily activity for all of our challenges. The Challenge website features a clean, intuitive design, with a drop down menu of eligible activities. No excuses. We’ve made it really easy.
100 Mile Challenge
The 100 Mile challenge is an exciting way to take your running and walking to a new level. The challenge is to run or walk 100 miles between July 1 and September 26 …… that’s just slightly over 1 mile per day! It’s an exciting way to integrate exercise and fitness as part of an overall healthier lifestyle, and encourage and grow participation in the Virginia 4 Miler and 10 Miler races.
Participation As an individual or as part of an organization.
- Miles run or walked outside of normal business activity.
- Miles run or walked without the aid of mechanical devices or machines, i.e., elliptical machines, bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller blades / skates do NOT count. The only exception: miles logged on a treadmill are eligible miles.

I am a company administrator but cannot see a rollup of participants and our progress.
